The Harpenden Triangle Residents Association was formed on 28 October 2002. It includes Harpenden Road, Ullswater Road, Ulverstone Road, Penrith Place, William Brown Court, and adjoining parts of Norwood Road and York Hill in West Norwood, London SE27.

Small links between neighbours and regular meetings every couple of months is the way we work. We welcome anyone who lives in the area.
